SJ Capital Group first premier investment site is now SOLD OUT. The New Addington site is located in one of the most beautiful areas of countryside in the South East of England. Bromley is London's largest borough, with more than thirty five square miles of countryside, picturesque parks and woodlands to explore.
Latest Planning Update
In response to the revised London Plan that increased Bromley's annual housing delivery target from 641 homes to 1424 homes, the Local Plan has entered a review process for amendments to be made to meet these revised targets.
The process commenced with a Call for Sites that ended in November 2021 through which our site was promoted, and Reg 18 & 19 consultations have been timetabled for early and late this year. Representations will be made to both consultations.
Whilst we will be promoting our site through the plan review, we continue to explore alternative uses for the site to support the Biggins Hill Outer Development Centre.
